Well, Happy Thanksgiving, my fellow Americans. I have just returned from the annual turkey day gathering at my grandparent's house, having left my family members battling each other for the title of Ultimate Blokus Player. It was intense. Even more so than their games of 5-deck Uno. Scary ^_^

I also managed to snag some old photos that my grandma left out for us to take, so I now have plenty of fresh blackmail material to use against my sister and some of our cousins *Muwahahaha* Also, I will finally get around to seeing The Men Who Stare at Goats this weekend, as my grandma wants to go see it. Hopefully, this will be just as interesting an experience as the time we went to go see the first Transformers movie together. Grandma's cool ^_^

I came dangerously close to breaking out into Voltaire's "The U.S.S. Make Shit Up" song during the afternoon, when the subject of Star Trek came up, but I managed to contain myself, and only quoted a few verses. I was also much distressed to learn that Zombieland is now no longer in theaters, as I had hoped to get around to seeing it on the big screen one more time, but I've comforted myself with the knowledge that it's now that much closer to a DVD release.

If you can't tell, I hung out in the nerd corner of the room. Best place to be at a party ^_^
